The associated management system be.ENERGISED is delivered via ChargePoint's
all-in-one platform. The modular SaaS solution combines all relevant
functionalities for charging station operators (ChargePoint Operator, CPO) and
e-mobility service providers (eMSP) and adapts automatically and flexibly
to any challenges that may be encountered. This creates security, brings
efficiency and ensures stable operation. This enables us to ensure the operation of
charging infrastructure and the management of global e-mobility services. The basis
for MOON's own hotline and app for e-drivers is provided by ChargePoint.

As MOON POWER, our complete solution covers the entire range of e-mobility. In
doing so, we not only serve the requirements of many companies and public
institutions, but as part of Europe's largest automotive trading company, we also
equip various locations with energy and e-mobility solutions. The MOON portfolio

Considering that we as MOON POWER are dedicated to setting course for the future of
mobility and bringing cross-brand and international solutions for charging

demonstrated by the construction of the car dealership of the future. MOON POWER
equips car dealerships and other locations with photovoltaic modules,
e-charging stations, lithium storage and an implemented load management system,
making it possible to be not only energy efficient but also a pioneer in
sustainability.
Highlights of the collaboration and outlook
Since 2021, ChargePoint has been strengthening MOON POWER's plan to meet the
growing demand for innovative complete solutions in the e-mobility and renewable
energy ecosystem with its own SaaS solution - be.ENERGISED. By the end of 2022, 800
charging points are to be connected to the ChargePoint backend and thus will
become accessible for numerous e-car drivers. In addition to its
role as an operator and supplier of charging infrastructure, MOON POWER's core
business is to drive sustainable energy solutions with a focus on every facet of
e-mobility - the appropriate toolkit for this is provided by be.ENERGISED and
supports the mapping of the entire range of e-mobility. At the same time, the
direct customer relationship remains entirely with MOON POWER.
